Step 2: Log into your EBBS dashboard
This is where your Mini Sessions, replays, and resources live.
Step 3: Start with the first Mini Session
Don’t overthink it. Follow the first session exactly as shown, that’s enough to get momentum.
You don’t need to do everything at once.
Short, consistent sessions beat intensity every time.
If you ever feel unsure, that’s normal. I’ll guide you.
